Bolt runs the 30s Stores shop.

Products, stock, sales at the POS, and the website kept in sync.

Internal tool. Every action is recorded against the person who took it.

What Bolt does

Add products, set prices, add photos and choose what shows on the website.

Record a delivery, add the products that arrived and print their labels.

Scan a product, take payment and print the receipt. Stock goes down straight away.

Website and POS sales in one list, with refunds.

One shop, one set of stock. When something sells at the POS or on the website, both sides are brought up to date.

A sale is never blocked. If the recorded stock is wrong the sale still goes through, and the difference is flagged for someone to correct.

Stock is allowed to show below zero. It means more was sold than the system had, which needs checking rather than hiding.

If the website cannot be reached, the POS keeps working. Changes wait in a queue and are sent as soon as the website is back.
